Description
As I walked along the pathway at the Mount Auburn Cemetary, in Cambridge, MA, U.S. I came upon an area both well sheltered and shadey, protected by the lovely long branches of a mature Weeping Willow Tree. Ah, to spend eternity in such a place! I sat down under the tree to contemplate the kind of heaven on earth this landscape provides for its living visitors as well as the many famous, deceased people who are buried here.

When I first saw this, I thought "This reminds me of Mt. Auburn." Then I read your caption and it IS Mt. Auburn! It's a beautiful place, isn't it? I often go there to paint. I believe this is Willow Pond, where I've painted many times. The light in your image is incredible and really enhances the colors. L/F/C/Pinned
